The Unity of Science, Technology and Economy
The last quarter of the 20th century (and the end
of the second millennium) is marked not only by spectacular scientific
discoveries (inventions), but also by unprecedented integration of science-technology-economy
(by innovations), that resulted in a new technology revolution. Its influence
on contemporarydevelopment is so strong , that an absolutely justified,
(not waiting for a time distance) new development cycle is established-the
post-industrial period.
First scientific and technological policy is successful
only is it is integrated in all the other pollicies of the country and
second nobody refuses to participate, either as a leader or as a follower,
in the so called new technologies.
