Je l' ima neko preporuku (na osnovu ličnog iskustva) za nekakav softver
za IT podršku, odnosno za (a) helpdesk, sa naglaskom za jednostavnost
upotrebe za korisnika i za (b) inventar hardvera i softvera (za IT
osoblje)? Još da je besplatan, gde bi nam kraj bio. Kao orjentacija,
imamo oko 200 korisnika i otprilike dva puta više računara.
